Job summary

Unily is seeking a Contracts Manager to provide practical contracting support across new business and renewals. You will draft, negotiate, and manage agreements, coordinate with Sales, Legal and Finance, and maintain contract templates and records across systems.

You will handle a high volume of requests with short turnaround times, ensuring accuracy and alignment with approved positions. This role supports both new business opportunities and renewal activity in a fast-paced team.

Qualifications

• Contract management, legal operations or related business support experience.
• Experience preparing and managing contracts, amendments, templates or other business documents.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage high volume requests with tight turnaround times.
• Attention to detail and robust document control, versioning and record keeping.
• Clear written and verbal communication; comfortable engaging with internal stakeholders.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel; comfortable with Salesforce, SharePoint, Conga and SimpleDocs.

Responsibilities

• Review, draft, and negotiate customer agreements, including MSAs, order forms, amendments and renewal agreements.
• Manage the Contracts queue and progress new business deals and renewals.
• Coordinate with Sales, CSG, Finance and other internal stakeholders to move contracts forward.
• Maintain templates and contracting positions; ensure correct versions and approvals.
• Assist with bespoke agreements and escalate substantive legal or commercial points as needed.
• Track contract status and progress; ensure drafts, redlines and final versions are filed.
