Job summary

TechCollect.ai, based in Rochester, MI, is seeking a Client Success Lead to guide customers from initial engagement through free trial to paid adoption. You will coordinate onboarding with our software partners, ensuring customers quickly activate TechCollect.ai within their systems and realize value.

You will drive early wins, foster strong relationships, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Product to optimize the customer experience in a fast-paced startup. Remote Type: No

Qualifications

• 5+ years in SaaS client success or similar role.
• Proven track record of converting trials to paying customers.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and flexibility to wear multiple hats.
• Proficient with CRM tools and onboarding processes.
• Self-starter in a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through the 'Hello to Hero' journey from free trial to paid adoption.
• Onboard mutual customers and ensure they understand how to activate TechCollect.ai.
• Help customers implement the solution during the trial period and drive early wins.
• Collaborate with customers and software partners to ensure smooth onboarding and clear communication.
• Partner with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure a unified customer experience.
• Handle challenges creatively to deliver solutions.
