Nelnet is seeking a results-driven Client Success professional to lead onboarding, implementation, and ongoing client success for our platform. You will coordinate training, workflows, and cross-functional efforts to drive product adoption and customer satisfaction.

With a focus on process improvement, you will mentor teammates, manage incidents, and contribute to roadmap insights. Remote, full-time roles support diverse client needs and SaaS environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Technology, Communications, or related field; or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in client success, implementation, system onboarding, or client-facing technical roles.
• Experience configuring systems, delivering training, and supporting workflow development.

Responsibilities

• Lead new client onboarding from kickoff through go-live, including workflow configuration and deliverable management.
• Conduct product demos, discovery sessions, and client education to support adoption.
• Deliver customized administrator and end-user training and maintain training resources.
• Develop, document, and refine onboarding workflows, process guides, and internal procedures.
• Mentor and support team members on processes, navigation, and client engagement best practices.
• Monitor client usage and re-engage low-usage customers to promote adoption.
• Serve as primary contact for client questions, troubleshooting, and relationship management.
• Coordinate technical issue resolution and translate requirements across internal teams.
