Responsibilities include high-volume daily outreach, documenting collection activities in the billing system, assisting with payment processing and portal access, and coordinating with Customer Success to mitigate churn.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in high-volume B2B accounts receivable or collections.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with professional composure.
• Experience navigating recurring subscription billing schedules.

Responsibilities

• Proactive outreach via phone and email to customers with outstanding balances.
• Maintain documentation of collection activities, payment promises, and updates in the billing platform.
• Assist clients with processing payments and setting up ACH/Wire details; resolve portal login issues.
• Identify signs of distress and coordinate with Customer Success to mitigate churn.
