• Minimum 3 years B2B accounts receivable or commercial collections experience.
• Proven ability to manage a high-volume portfolio in a fast-paced environment.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding collection goals.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience building professional relationships while requesting payment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with competing priorities.
• Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high-volume commercial account portfolio.
• Contact customers by phone and email to collect past-due balances.
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly collection goals.
• Resolve payment delays, disputes, short pays, and unapplied cash.
• Keep accurate ERP collection notes and account records.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Service, and internal teams to clear payment issues.
• Follow credit and collection policies with sound judgment.
• Prioritize work by aging, risk, and collection opportunity.
• Recommend escalations, payment plans, credit holds, or strategies as needed.
• Adapt to changing priorities, systems, and processes.
• Support team goals through collaboration and knowledge sharing.
