Neumo in Centreville, VA is seeking a detail-oriented SaaS Biller to manage daily, weekly, and monthly invoicing for subscriptions, hybrid usage-based pricing, and specialized professional services.

You will generate invoices, reconcile usage, ensure tax compliance, and assist customers with invoice delivery and portal access in a collaborative finance team. This role follows a hybrid onsite schedule.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in high-volume corporate billing.
• Exceptional data entry speed and precision.
• Familiarity with Sage Intaact/Similar ERP and customer portal setups/invoice submissions.

Responsabilités

• Invoice generation: run regular invoices for automated subscriptions and milestone invoices for professional services.
• Usage reconciliation: upload monthly metered usage metrics into the billing ledger for accurate variable invoicing.
• Sales tax compliance: verify domestic and international tax calculations are applied to active customer records.
• Customer support: monitor billing inbox and answer routine inquiries about invoices, portal access, and receipts.
