InvestorFlow seeks an Accounts Receivable Accountant to manage US and UK billing, collections, and monthly close. You will partner with Sales, Operations and Services to ensure accurate invoices and healthy cash flow. The role requires attention to detail and experience in a fast-growing SaaS company.

Responsibilities include maintaining customer accounts, applying tax requirements, and supporting audits. Strong Excel skills and proficiency with NetSuite and Salesforce are preferred.

Competenze

• At least 3–5 years of experience in billing, accounts receivable and general accounting.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency with ERP/CRM platforms and strong Excel skills.

Mansioni

• Manage US and UK customer billing, ensuring invoices align with contracts and renewals.
• Create and maintain customer accounts, payment terms, and tax documentation.
• Manage receivables, collections, payments, credits and refunds; analyze risks.
• Complete close activities, support revenue accounting, tax reporting and audits.
• Maintain accounting records and improve billing processes.
