InvestorFlow is seeking an Accounts Receivable Accountant to manage customer billing for its US and UK businesses, oversee assigned accounts receivable and collections, and assist monthly close processes. The role collaborates with Sales, Operations and Services to maintain accurate customer balances and ensure timely invoicing aligned with contracts.

Qualificações

• 3–5 years of experience in billing, accounts receivable and general accounting.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency with NetSuite, Salesforce CRM, Upflow dunning and collections, and Avalara sales tax, or comparable systems.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, follow-through and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, growing SaaS and services business.
• Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables and lookup functions.

Responsabilidades

• Manage US and UK customer billing, partnering with Sales, Business Operations and Services to ensure accurate, timely invoices aligned with contracts, renewals and amendments, and resolve inquiries.
• Create and maintain customer accounts, billing contacts, payment terms, purchase-order and portal requirements, and tax documentation; apply applicable sales tax and VAT requirements.
• Manage assigned receivables, collections, payments, credits and refunds; resolve discrepancies and report collection risks and expected cash receipts.
• Complete assigned close activities and reconciliations, and provide documentation for revenue accounting, tax reporting and audits.
• Maintain accounting records, procedures and controls; communicate outstanding issues and help improve billing, collections and accounting processes.
