Selby Jennings is assisting a rapidly growing technology company in San Francisco with the search for an Accounts Receivable Manager. This role will own AR, billing, and collections, shaping scalable processes and controls while partnering with Finance, Sales, and Customer Success to improve cash collection and invoicing efficiency.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in ERP/billing platforms, experience in fast-growing SaaS or subscription businesses, and a track record of optimizing AR

Qualifications

• 6-10 years of accounts receivable, billing, collections, or related accounting experience within a B2B environment.
• Experience building or improving AR and billing processes in a high-growth SaaS, technology, or subscription-based company.
• Strong understanding of invoicing, collections, reconciliations, cash application, and AR reporting.

Responsibilities

• Build and enhance accounts receivable, billing, and collections processes to support company growth.
• Manage enterprise customer invoicing, collections, cash application, and aging analysis.
• Partner with internal teams and customer AP departments to resolve billing issues and payment disputes.
• Implement and optimize billing systems, reporting processes and automation initiatives.
