Qualifications

• 4+ years of progressive accounts receivable experience in a corporate or SaaS environment.
• Strong working knowledge of AR, cash application, and subledger reconciliation.
• Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume billing cycles with accuracy.
• Proficiency in Excel and Google Workspace.
• Excellent phone-based and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee automated billing operations across portals, email, and mail; resolve exceptions.
• Maintain customer master data and billing instructions; ensure accuracy across NetSuite and Salesforce.
• Manage credit memos, billing adjustments, and rebilling with approvals.
• Reconcile AR subledger to GL monthly; resolve unapplied cash and variances.
• Serve as primary AR contact for customer inquiries and disputes; coordinate with Sales and Success.
• Support month-end close, audits, and AR reporting; drive process improvements.
