Job summary

Oracle NetSuite in Burlington, MA is seeking Sales Account Managers with a successful background selling software, hardware or business services. You will manage relationships within a portfolio of NetSuite customers, driving adoption and expansion of ERP, CRM, PSA, and eCommerce solutions.

Role requires 3–5 days in-office per week at the Burlington location; join a team focused on growing pipelines, achieving quotas, and delivering customer value within a dynamic cloud-based environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of SaaS/Technology sales experience.
• Proven track record as a top performer with strong stats to back it up.
• Demonstrates high work ethic, focus, passion and dedication.
• Enjoys learning technology and translating that into customer value.
• Curious, insightful, and perceptive.

Responsibilities

• Upsell and cross-sell within an existing NetSuite client base.
• Maintain and grow a forecasted pipeline to meet monthly quotas.
• Drive pipeline velocity with references, quotes and contract prep.
• Collaborate with internal teams to boost sales performance.
• Improve overall customer happiness within assigned accounts.
