The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of SaaS sales experience, a strong track record of meeting quota, and the ability to engage both technical and budget stakeholders. This position offers a competitive base salary ranging from $100,000 to $160,000 plus uncapped commission and equity.

Successful candidates are expected to be relentless, accountable, and resourceful in navigating challenges and closing deals.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in full-cycle SaaS sales, ideally with ACVs between $30k and $150k.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-output environments
• Comfortable navigating both technical and budgetary conversations.

Responsibilities

• Run full-cycle deals from first conversation to close.
• Manage and own full sales cycles.
• Represent Petra at conferences.

Skills

Full-cycle SaaS closing experience

Proven track record of exceeding quota

Strong command of MEDDPICC
