Job summary

Lighthouse is seeking a high-energy sales professional to own the full sales cycle for independent hotels in the United States. This hunter role requires a quota and building your own pipeline, with AI-enabled tools to support discovery and closing deals.

You will collaborate with a global Revenue team, leverage a modern revenue stack, and engage in strategic outbound activities to generate a healthy pipeline and exceed targets.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a closing sales role, SaaS experience is a must.
• Fully fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
• Self-directed, coachable, and driven to continuously improve.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
• Build and manage your own pipeline with outbound activity.
• Use MEDDPICC to qualify and advance opportunities.
