Job summary

Lighthouse is seeking an Account Executive (Independent Hotel Sales) to own the full sales cycle for independent hotels, driving revenue with AI-enabled pricing and reservations tools. You will hunt, build pipelines, and close deals while leveraging Lighthouse’s agent AI infrastructure to enhance efficiency.

You’ll join a global Revenue team, collaborating with SDRs and product specialists to scale Lighthouse Indies.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a closing sales role with SaaS experience required.
• Evidence-based selling using MEDDPICC or similar frameworks is a plus.
• Ability to build and manage a multi-quarter pipeline and hit quota.

Responsibilities

• Own full sales cycle from prospecting to close for independent hotels.
• Build and manage your own pipeline with outbound outreach and events.
• Position Lighthouse Indy suite (Pricing Manager, Channel Manager, Reservation Manager, Booking Engine) to drive revenue.
• Collaborate with Enablement, Pre-Sales, and Coaching agents to optimize deals.
• Represent Lighthouse at industry events and build a strong network.
