Job summary

Lighthouse is seeking a high-performing sales professional to own the full sales cycle for independent hotel operators, selling AI-powered revenue tools. You will prospect, build a pipeline, and close deals in a hunter role with a quota.

Expect collaboration with Enablement, Pre-Sales, and Coaching agents to maximize win rates. Ideal candidates bring 2+ years closing SaaS sales experience, a disciplined approach, and a track record of meeting or exceeding targets in a fast-paced tech

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a closing sales role.
• SaaS experience is a must.
• Strong business acumen with a value-based selling approach.
• Experience with MEDDPICC or similar qualification frameworks is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
• Source a meaningful share of your own pipeline through outbound sequences and events.
• Run a disciplined sales process using MEDDPICC to qualify opportunities.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
