Job summary

Lighthouse is seeking a results-driven sales professional to own the full sales cycle for independent hotels in the Dallas area. You will prospect, qualify, and close deals, leveraging Lighthouse’s AI-enabled pricing and reservation management tools to drive revenue and guest experiences.

You will join a global Revenue team and work with SDRs, product specialists, and regional leaders to scale the Indies business and exceed targets.

Qualifications

• 2+ years closing SaaS sales in a quota-driven environment.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, written and spoken.
• Proven ability to build and close a pipeline with MEDDPICC or similar.

Responsibilities

• Own full sales cycle for independent hotels from prospecting to close.
• Generate and manage a net-new pipeline with 3x coverage.
• Operate in a hybrid work model and leverage AI-enabled tools.
• Meet and exceed quarterly quotas with disciplined selling motions.
• Represent Lighthouse at industry events and partner with Product.
