Lighthouse in Denver or Dallas is seeking a seasoned SaaS sales professional to own the full cycle from first contact to signature. This hunter role rewards a sizable OTE and requires building a pipeline and managing a multi-stakeholder process.

You’ll sell Lighthouse’s AI-driven revenue platform to hoteliers, leveraging an enablement and pre-sales stack to win complex deals with integrity and focus on value over price. Join a global team delivering impact across hotels and chains.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in a closing sales role with SaaS experience.
• Hunter mentality with ability to build own pipeline.
• Experience selling multi-product platform to multi-stakeholder groups.
• Knowledge of MEDDPICC or similar qualification frameworks is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own full sales cycle from first touch to close.
• Open net-new accounts and expand low-adoption customers to full-platform.
• Run AI-enabled sales processes using enablement, pre-sales, and coaching agents.
• Follow MEDDPICC to qualify and advance opportunities.
• Collaborate with Customer Success for handover and growth.
