Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Warranty Administrator to join our growing team. This on-site role focuses on maintaining strong customer relations, scheduling service appointments, and assisting Service Advisors with write-ups and authorizations for warranty work.

The position requires strong communication, organizational skills, and a valid driver's license, with RV experience preferred. The role also involves following up on warranty receivables and assisting in dispatch when needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year RV experience preferred but not required.
• Strong computer skills.
• Working knowledge of proper and safe use of equipment.
• Excellent organizational/sequencing skills.
• Working knowledge of Service Department policies and activities.
• General knowledge of product installation activities.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Excellent communication and listening skills to resolve issues over the phone and in person.
• Ability to accept additional tasks from management.
• Ability to photograph various areas of an RV.
• May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs.
• Periods of standing, stooping, crawling and bending.

Responsibilities

• Foster and maintain excellent relations between customers and store.
• Answer incoming telephone calls courteously and professionally.
• Assist Service Advisor in scheduling service appointments.
• Greet all incoming customers professionally.
• Assist Service Advisors in writing up customer work orders.
• Obtain warranty or authorization prior to work, including photos and faxes.
• Follow up on warranty receivables to ensure timely payment.
• Fill in as service dispatcher as needed.
• Participate in training as prescribed by management.
• Assist Technicians with diagnosis, authorization or repairs.
• Follow up on open work orders per dealership policy.
• Move dealership-owned or customer units per policy.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Adhere to company policies and guidelines.
• Maintain a safe area for customers and coworkers.
