Job summary

General RV Center in Salisbury, NC is seeking a Service Advisor‑like role focused on delivering exceptional customer service throughout the RV service experience. You will schedule service appointments, communicate repair needs, and submit repair orders with precise descriptions.

You will also assist customers in recommending additional products and services to enhance RV use. You must be detail‑oriented, able to multitask, familiar with MS Office, and hold a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience is required.
• Experience with RV or Automotive Service Writing experience a plus.
• Ability to multitask and complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
• Must be extremely detail oriented and organized.
• Familiarity with MS Office Suite.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with excellent customer service throughout their entire service experience.
• Schedule service appointments with customers in a timely and efficient manner.
• Communicate with customers to determine RV repair or maintenance required.
• Submit repair orders with accurate and detailed descriptions.
• Assist customers in recommending additional products and services to enhance RV use.
• Explain technical issues to customers and how repairs can be performed.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
