Bish’s RV, Inc. is hiring a Customer Solutions Specialist in Traverse City to guide customers through service visits and introduce accessories, upgrades, and packages that enhance their RV lifestyle.

This fast-paced role offers clear goals, commission opportunities, and a path to long-term career growth. You will use CRM and scheduling tools to quote prices, book appointments, and build lasting customer relationships through consultative selling.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or service sales with a consultative approach.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-moving environment and work Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers during service check-ins and walk-ins.
• Proactively recommend upgrades, add-ons, and accessories.
• Accurately quote prices and book service appointments.
• Keep customers informed on progress and new opportunities.
• Maintain timely, professional communication throughout the journey.
• Use CRM and scheduling tools to track leads and outcomes.
• Support team and participate in sales and service training.
