Bish’s RV is seeking a Customer Solutions Specialist to guide customers through service visits and introduce accessories, upgrades, and packages that enhance their RV lifestyle. This is a fast-paced, customer-facing role with clear goals, commission opportunities, and a path to long-term career growth.

You will welcome service check-ins, quote prices, book service appointments, and use CRM tools to track leads and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Retail or service sales experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and persuasive skills with a consultative approach.
• Motivated by commissions and performance-based pay.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers during service check-ins and walk-ins.
• Proactively recommend upgrades, add-ons, and accessories.
• Accurately quote prices and book service appointments.
• Keep customers informed on progress and new opportunities.
• Use CRM and scheduling tools to track leads and outcomes.
• Support team and participate in ongoing sales and service training.
