Job summary

Bish’s RV in Michigan seeks a Customer Solutions Specialist to guide customers through service visits and upsell accessories, upgrades, and packages for an enhanced RV lifestyle. You will welcome customers at check-ins, quote prices, book service appointments, and use CRM tools to track leads while pursuing monthly sales targets with a performance-based pay structure.

Qualifications

Retail or service sales experience with a commission-based pay structure.
Strong communication and persuasive skills.
Willingness to work Saturdays.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Background check and drug test clearance.

Responsibilities

Welcome and assist customers during service check-ins and walk-ins.
Proactively recommend relevant upgrades, add-ons, and accessories.
Accurately quote prices and book service appointments.
Keep customers informed on progress and new opportunities.
Maintain timely and professional communication throughout the customer journey.
Use CRM and scheduling tools to track leads, appointments, and service outcomes.
Support team members and participate in ongoing sales and service training.
