Bish’s RV, Inc. is seeking a Customer Solutions Specialist to guide customers through service visits and upsell accessories, upgrades, and packages for an enhanced RV lifestyle.

The role offers clear commission opportunities and a path to long-term career growth, with target earnings of $60,000–$80,000+ based on performance. You’ll engage customers, present bundles, and convert visits into ongoing relationships.

Qualifications

• Retail or service sales experience in automotive, powersports, or outdoor gear is a plus.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills with a consultative approach.
• Motivated by commissions and performance-based pay.
• Able to multitask in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
• Positive, professional demeanor and appearance.
• Team-oriented with the ability to work independently.
• Availability to work Saturdays.
• Able to pass a background check and drug test.
• Demonstrate behaviors aligned with Bish’s RV values.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers during service check-ins and walk-ins.
• Proactively recommend relevant upgrades, add-ons, and accessories.
• Accurately quote prices and book service appointments.
• Keep customers informed on their unit’s progress and any new opportunities.
• Maintain timely and professional communication throughout the customer journey.
• Use CRM and scheduling tools to track leads, appointments, and service outcomes.
• Support team members and participate in ongoing sales and service training.
