Qualifications

• Retail or service sales background required.
• Strong communication and consultative selling skills.
• Motivated by commissions and performance-based pay.

• Available to work Saturdays and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers during service check-ins and walk-ins.
• Proactively recommend relevant upgrades, add-ons, and accessories.
• Accurately quote prices and book service appointments.
• Keep customers informed on their unit's progress and opportunities.
• Maintain timely and professional communication throughout the journey.
• Use CRM and scheduling tools to track leads and appointments.
• Support team members and participate in sales and service training.
