Bish’s RV is seeking a Customer Solutions Specialist to guide customers through service visits and upsell accessories, upgrades, and packages that enhance the RV lifestyle.

In a fast-paced, customer-facing role, you’ll drive commission-based earnings while building long-term relationships, delivering great service, and meeting monthly targets. This position requires weekend availability and a professional, team-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Retail or service sales experience in automotive, powersports, or outdoor gear.
• Strong communication and persuasive selling approach.
• Motivated by commissions and performance-based pay.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional, neat appearance with Saturday availability.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers during service check-ins and walk-ins
• Proactively recommend upgrades and accessories
• Accurately quote prices and book service appointments
• Keep customers informed on progress and opportunities
• Maintain timely and professional communication throughout the journey
• Use CRM and scheduling tools to track leads and outcomes
• Support team and participate in training
