Bish's RV Cheyenne is seeking a Customer Solutions Specialist to guide customers through service visits and upsell accessories, upgrades, and packages that enhance the RV lifestyle. This role offers commission opportunities, a fast-paced environment, and a path to long-term career growth.

You will welcome customers, recommend upgrades, quote prices, and manage appointments while maintaining clear communication. A strong sales mindset and readiness for outdoor tasks are valued in this team.

Qualifications

• Retail or service sales experience
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Motivated by commission-based pay
• Ability to multitask in a dynamic, fast-moving environment
• Professional, neat appearance and demeanor
• Team-oriented while able to work independently
• Availability to work Saturdays and holidays
• Able to pass a background check and drug test
• Willingness to perform some duties outdoors
• Demonstrate alignment with company values

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers during service check-ins and walk-ins
• Proactively recommend relevant upgrades, add-ons, and accessories
• Accurately quote prices and book service appointments
• Keep customers informed on their unit’s progress and opportunities
• Maintain timely, professional communication throughout the journey
• Use CRM and scheduling tools to track leads and outcomes
• Support team members and participate in sales and service training
