Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Technician (Flat-Rate) to diagnose and repair RV systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC and coach body work. You’ll work on RVs, generators, and related components with attention to safety and quality.

The role requires hands-on diagnostic and repair skills, reliable tools, and a willingness to learn; Camping World will support certification for those not yet certified. This is a full-time, on-site position with competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Certification from college or technical school in a trade field is helpful but not required.
• Minimum of 1 year service technician experience or related fields preferred.
• RVIA certification helpful but not required.
• Must furnish own hand/shop tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide and document complete diagnostic test and repair or replacement services to customers
• Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry and appliance maintenance
• Track all parts and materials used in repairs or replacements
• Keep supervisor appraised of work progress
• Ensure that the final work product meets quality standards and is inspected by supervisor or designee
• Maintain a safe and clean work area for customers and coworkers
