Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Technician (Flat–Rate) to diagnose and repair RV coach systems, generators and bodywork. The role covers mechanical, electrical, plumbing and HVAC tasks, with paid certification opportunities for non-certified hires.

Required are hands-on repair skills, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a valid driver’s license preferred. This is an on‑site, full‑time position with competitive hourly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Certification from college or technical school in trade field is helpful but not required.
• Minimum of 1-year service technician experience or related fields preferred.
• RVIA certification helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide and document complete diagnostic test and repair or replacement services to customers.
• Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry and appliance maintenance.
• Track all parts and materials used in repairs or replacements.
• Keep supervisor appraised of work progress.
• Ensure final work meets quality standards and is inspected by supervisor or designee.
• Maintain a safe and clean work area for customers and coworkers.
