Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Technician (Flat-Rate) to diagnose and repair RV coach systems, generators and body components. The role requires strong mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and maintenance skills and a passion for fixing problems. The company will invest in certification for qualified candidates.

We value self-motivation, attention to detail, and the ability to work safely on-site. A valid driver's license is preferred and training is provided as needed.

Qualifications

• Certification from college or technical school in a trade helps but is not required.
• Minimum of 1 year service technician experience or related fields preferred.
• RVIA certification helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide and document complete diagnostic test and repair or replacement services to customers.
• Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry and appliance maintenance.
• Track all parts and materials used in repairs or replacements.
• Keep supervisor apprised of work progress.
• Ensure final work meets quality standards and is inspected by supervisor or designee.
• Maintain a safe and clean work area for customers and coworkers.
