Job summary

Camping World is seeking a skilled Service Technician (Flat–Rate) to support our growing team. The ideal candidate will diagnose and repair RV coach systems, generators and coach bodies, with strong attention to detail and safety in a fast-paced shop environment.

We value advanced diagnostic and repair skills across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems. Certification and training opportunities are available, and candidates should be prepared to lift and move tools and parts as

Qualifications

• Certification from college or technical school in a trade field is helpful but not required.
• Minimum of 1 year service technician experience or related fields preferred.
• RVIA certification helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide and document complete diagnostic tests and repair or replacement services to customers.
• Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry and appliance maintenance.
• Track all parts and materials used in repairs or replacements.
• Keep supervisor apprised of work progress and status.
