Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Technician (Flat–Rate) to diagnose and repair RV systems, generators, and coach bodies. You will perform electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical maintenance, track parts, and ensure quality.

Certifications are preferred, with RVIA certification helpful but not required; lifting and physical work are common. The role offers flat-rate pay with opportunities for training, benefits, and career growth within Camping World.

Qualifications

• Certification from college or technical school in a trade field (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Maintenance, etc.) is helpful.
• RVIA certification is helpful but not required.
• Prolonged standing, lifting up to 50 lbs, and exposure to vehicle environments may occur.

Responsibilities

• Provide and document complete diagnostic testing and repair or replacement for customers.
• Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry and appliance maintenance as part of RV service.
• Track all parts and materials used in repairs and replacements.
