Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Technician (Flat-Rate) to diagnose and repair RV coach systems, generators and body work. The role emphasizes strong mechanical, plumbing, HVAC and electrical skills with attention to detail.

Ideal candidates have a background in RV service and are self-motivated. Certification opportunities are offered to gain or expand credentials. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role with a focus on quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• Certification from college or technical school in trade field is helpful but not required.
• Minimum 1 year of service technician experience or related fields preferred.
• RVIA certification helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide diagnostic tests and repair or replacement services to customers.
• Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry and appliance maintenance.
• Track all parts and materials used in repairs or replacements.
• Keep supervisor informed of work progress.
• Ensure final work meets quality standards and is inspected.
• Maintain a safe and clean work area for customers and coworkers.
