Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Technician (Flat-Rate) to diagnose and repair RV systems, generators, and coach bodies. The role emphasizes mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and general maintenance with an emphasis on safety and quality.

Ideal candidates have advanced diagnostic and repair skills, are self-motivated, and detail-oriented. Certification support is offered and training is available to become certified.

Qualifications

• Certification in a trade field is helpful but experience also considered.
• Minimum 1 year service technician experience or related fields preferred.
• RVIA certification helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide and document complete diagnostic test and repair or replacement services to customers.
• Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry and appliance maintenance.
• Track all parts and materials used in repairs or replacements.
• Keep supervisor apprised of work progress.
• Ensure final work meets quality standards and is inspected by supervisor or designee.
• Maintain a safe and clean work area for customers and coworkers.
