Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Technician (Flat–Rate) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will perform diagnostics and repairs on RV coach systems, generators and coach body components, with pride in quality workmanship.

Candidates should have hands-on experience in mechanical, electrical, plumbing and HVAC tasks; RVIA certification is helpful but not required. The role offers on-the-job training and the chance to advance within a nationwide service network.

Qualifications

• Certification from college or technical school in a trade (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Maintenance) is helpful but not required.
• Minimum of 1 year service technician experience or related field preferred.
• RVIA certification is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide and document diagnostic tests and repair or replacement services for customers
• Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry and appliance maintenance
• Track all parts and materials used in repairs
• Keep supervisor informed of work progress
• Ensure final work meets quality standards and is inspected
• Maintain a safe and clean work area
