Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Technician (Flat–Rate) with strong diagnostic and repair skills for RV coach systems, generators, and body work. The role includes electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and maintenance tasks across various RV components.

The position supports certification efforts, offers growth, and requires one year of service tech experience or related fields. RVIA certification is helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• Certification in HVAC, electrical, plumbing or maintenance is helpful but not required.
• Minimum 1 year service technician experience or related fields preferred.
• RVIA certification is optional.

Responsibilities

• Provide and document complete diagnostic test and repair or replacement services to customers
• Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry and appliance maintenance
• Track all parts and materials used in repairs or replacements
• Keep supervisor apprised of work progress
• Ensure final work meets quality standards and is inspected by supervisor or designee
• Maintain a safe and clean work area for customers and coworkers

Education

Trade certification (college/tech school)

RVIA certification helpful
