Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Technician (Flat–Rate) to diagnose, repair, and maintain RV coach systems, with emphasis on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and body work. The role requires hands-on skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage parts and collaborate with supervisors.

Applicants should have at least 1 year of service tech experience, with college or technical trade certification preferred. RVIA certification is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year service technician experience or related field preferred.
• Certification from college or technical school in a trade field is helpful but applicable work experience is considered.
• RVIA certification is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide and document complete diagnostic test and repair or replacement services.
• Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and appliance maintenance.
• Track all parts and materials used in repairs or replacements.
• Keep supervisor informed of work progress.
• Ensure final work product meets quality standards and is inspected.
• Maintain a safe and clean work area for customers and coworkers.
