Job summary

Camping World is looking for a Service Technician (Flat–Rate) to service RVs, generators and coach systems. The role emphasizes advanced diagnostic and repair skills across mechanical, plumbing, HVAC and electrical systems, with a strong focus on attention to detail and safety.

The position offers on-the-job training, RVIA certification support, and a path to grow within a nationwide RV service network. Applicants should be ready for physically demanding work and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Certification from college or technical school in a trade field (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Maintenance, etc.) is helpful but not required.
• Minimum of 1-year service technician experience or related fields preferred.
• RVIA certification helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide and document complete diagnostic test and repair or replacement services to customers
• Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry and appliance maintenance
• Track all parts and materials used in repairs or replacements
• Keep supervisor apprised of work progress
• Ensure final work product meets quality standards and is inspected
• Maintain a safe and clean work area for customers and coworkers
