Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Technician (Flat–Rate) to diagnose and repair RV coach systems, generators, and body components. The role emphasizes advanced diagnostic and repair skills with a focus on safety and quality workmanship.

The ideal candidate will have basic certifications, the ability to work with electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical tasks, and a willingness to learn and certify further.

Qualifications

• Certification from college or technical school in a trade field is helpful but experience counts.
• Minimum of 1-year service technician experience or related fields preferred.
• RVIA certification helpful but not required.
• Must furnish own hand/shop tools.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide and document diagnostic test and repair or replacement services to customers.
• Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry and appliance maintenance.
• Track all parts and materials used in repairs or replacements.
• Keep supervisor apprised of work progress.
• Ensure final work meets quality standards and is inspected.
• Maintain a safe and clean work area for customers and coworkers.
