Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Technician (Flat–Rate) to diagnose and repair RV coach systems, generators, and coach body components. The role demands strong attention to detail and self-motivation, with opportunities for certification support by the company.

The ideal candidate will have basic trades certification or hands-on experience in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical maintenance related to RV services.

Qualifications

• Certification from college or technical school in trade field is helpful.
• RVIA certification helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide and document complete diagnostic test and repair or replacement services to customers.
• Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry and appliance maintenance.
• Track all parts and materials used in repairs or replacements.
• Keep supervisor apprised of work progress.
• Ensure final work meets quality standards and is inspected by supervisor.
