Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Technician (Flat–Rate) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has advanced diagnostic and repair skills for RV coach systems, generators, and body repairs, and a passion for fixing mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and maintenance problems.

You will document diagnostics, perform repairs, track parts, and maintain a safe, clean work area. RVIA certification is helpful but not required; we provide certification training.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year service technician experience or related fields preferred.
• RVIA certification helpful but not required.
• Must furnish own hand/tools and be able to lift up to 25–50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide and document complete diagnostic test and repair or replacement services to customers.
• Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry and appliance maintenance.
• Track all parts and materials used in repairs or replacements.
• Keep supervisor apprised of work progress.
• Ensure final work meets quality standards and is inspected by supervisor or designee.
• Maintain a safe and clean work area for customers and coworkers.
