Job summary

Bring 2+ years leading a service team, experience with shop management software (Shopmonkey a big plus), strong communication and organization. The role offers a base salary of $50-65k plus commission and a path to scale operations as the company grows.

Qualifications

• 2+ years leading a team in a repair or service business.
• Hands-on shop management, scheduling, or dispatch software experience.
• Clear, confident communication with team and customers.
• Strong organization and follow-through.
• Inventory, vendors, and purchasing management.
• On-site leadership on the shop floor.
• Hiring and performance recommendations with ownership final say.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team: assign and prioritize daily work for technicians and admin staff.
• Run the schedule: own appointment calendar and keep bays moving.
• Manage inventory: track parts, source vendors, avoid delays.
• Oversee work orders: review Shopmonkey records for accuracy before close.
• Take care of customers: provide updates, smooth pickups, and follow-up.
• Build the playbook: refine processes to scale the shop.
