Job summary

Bish’s RV, Inc. is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily shop operations, drive efficiency, and maintain high quality standards.

Lead service technicians and admins, manage P&L, forecast goals, and partner with cross‑functional teams to deliver a safe, consistent customer experience. Bachelor’s degree preferred; Saturday availability required; strong leadership and communication skills essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of operations management experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Experience in RV or automotive manufacturing is a plus.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to pass background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Manage all shop staff including service technicians, lot porters, and admins.
• Understand productivity and efficiency at individual and team levels.
• Attend weekly service meetings to ensure goals.
• Assign repair orders based on technician skill set.
• Monitor P&L, identify revenue and labor hours opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional dealership teams.
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
