Job summary

Bish’s RV is seeking an experienced operations leader to drive efficiency and profitability in the service department. You will oversee technicians, admins, and lot staff, aligning the team to meet weekly goals and deliver high-quality customer experiences.

Ideal candidates bring RV or automotive operations knowledge, strong leadership, and a track record of improving labor utilization while maintaining safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Operations Management, or related field.
• Experience in operations management within manufacturing or RV/auto sectors preferred.
• Strong leadership and people-management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage all shop staff including service technicians, porters, and admins.
• Assign repair orders based on technician skills and monitor productivity.
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed and safe working environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support daily goals.
• Manage P&L and forecast department performance.
• Attend weekly service meetings to track progress and hit targets.
