Job summary

Bish’s RV, one of the country’s largest family-owned RV dealers, is seeking a Sales Manager to lead and grow the sales department. You will coach a high-performance team, drive market share, and manage budget, pricing, and inventory to meet short- and long-term goals.

Responsibilities include developing strategic sales plans, maintaining inventory health, leveraging customer feedback, and tracking KPIs to ensure continued growth and profitability.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales management in RV/automotive/marine/power sports preferred.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
• Proven inventory management and pricing strategy experience.
• Ability to drive customer satisfaction and profitability.
• College degree in a relevant field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales in the market through strategic planning and local marketing.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and monitor market trends.
• Continuously monitor and update pricing to stay competitive.
• Enhance the customer experience by leveraging feedback for improvement.
