Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a service advisor or customer-facing role.
• Familiarity with RV systems, parts, and maintenance is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with service management software and basic computer applications.
• Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and professionally and document service requests.
• Maintain clear communication on status, estimates, and timelines.
• Create and manage repair orders with technician notes.
• Coordinate warranty work and liaise with manufacturers.
• Provide detailed estimates and upsell additional services or maintenance plans.
• Follow up after service to ensure satisfaction.
• Record customer interactions and service history.
