The role emphasizes accurate record-keeping, estimating repairs, upselling maintenance plans, and following up with customers to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a service advisor or customer-facing role, preferably in the RV, automotive, or related industry.
• Familiarity with RV systems, parts, and maintenance is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using service management software and basic computer applications.
• Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and professionally, documenting service requests and providing expert advice on necessary repairs and maintenance.
• Create and manage repair orders, coordinating with service technicians to ensure quality and timely completion.
• Provide customers with detailed estimates for recommended services and educate them on maintenance plans or upgrades.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly and following up after service.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, repair orders, and service history.
