• Previous service advisor/writer experience required.
• RV service experience.

Responsibilities

• Create work orders with customers during diagnostic, quoting, repair, and invoicing.
• Serve as primary liaison between customers and service department for clear communication.
• Coordinate with technicians and parts staff to schedule and track repairs.
• Review and verify documentation for accuracy and compliance with processes.
• Provide exceptional customer service by keeping customers informed throughout the repair process.
