Fun Town RV, LP in Cleburne, TX is seeking a Service Advisor to be the primary contact in the service department. You will coordinate between customers and technicians, document service requests, and relay timelines, costs, and recommendations.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, clear communication, and the ability to manage repair orders, upsell appropriate services, and maintain accurate service histories. Prior RV or automotive experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience as a service advisor or in a customer-facing role, preferably in the RV, automotive, or related industry.
• Familiarity with RV systems, parts, and maintenance is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with service management software and basic computer applications.
• Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Customer Interaction – greet customers promptly and professionally, listen to concerns, document requests, and provide expert repair advice.
• Maintain clear communication with customers about status, estimated completion, and costs.
• Service Coordination – create and manage repair orders, ensure accurate recording of customer concerns and technician notes.
• Collaborate with technicians to complete repairs efficiently and to quality standards.
• Coordinate warranty work and obtain manufacturer authorizations as needed.
• Sales and Upselling – provide detailed estimates, educate customers on additional services or upgrades, and promote service specials and dealership programs.
• Customer Satisfaction – address concerns promptly, follow up post-service, and gather feedback for improvement.
• Administrative Duties – maintain accurate records of interactions, repair orders, and service history; process payments; monitor service schedules for workflow efficiency.
