Fun Town RV in Texas is seeking a Service Advisor to be the primary contact for customers in the service department. You will coordinate between customers and technicians, document requests, and communicate timelines, costs, and recommendations to ensure a seamless repair experience.

Responsibilities include creating repair orders, coordinating with technicians, providing detailed estimates, and upselling maintenance plans or upgrades while maintaining high customer satisfaction and accurate

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a service advisor or customer-facing role, preferably in RV, automotive, or related industry.
• Familiarity with RV systems, parts, and maintenance is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using service management software and basic computer applications.
• Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and professionally, ensuring a welcoming experience.
• Listen to customer concerns, document service requests, and provide expert advice on repairs and maintenance.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with customers regarding status, timelines, and costs.
• Create and manage repair orders, ensuring all concerns and technician notes are recorded.
• Coordinate with service technicians to ensure timely, quality repairs and authorize warranty work as needed.
• Provide customers with detailed estimates and educate on additional services or upgrades.
• Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, repair orders, and service history.
