Job summary

Fun Town RV is seeking a Service Advisor to be the primary point of contact in the service department. You will coordinate between customers and technicians, document requests, and communicate timelines, costs, and recommendations for repairs and maintenance.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a service advisor or customer-facing role.
• Familiarity with RV systems, parts, and maintenance is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using service management software and basic computer applications.
• Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and professionally; create a welcoming experience.
• Listen to concerns, document service requests, and advise on repairs and maintenance.
• Maintain clear communication on timelines, costs, and status of repairs.
• Create and manage repair orders; record all notes from customers and technicians.
• Coordinate with service technicians to ensure timely, quality work.
• Provide detailed estimates and educate on additional services or upgrades.
• Promote service specials and dealership programs to add value.
• Follow up post-service to ensure satisfaction and collect feedback.
• Maintain records of interactions, repairs, and service history; process payments.
• Monitor schedules to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
